E-Commerce applications

• Online Catalog. The online product catalog comes with a fully functional administrative interface that allows dynamic creation product categories (and sub-categories), order management, product management and user account management.
• Online Raffles. This application provides complete front and back end functionality to implement an online raffle site. The administrative functions include processing of raffles, creating/managing raffles and order management.
• Listing Tool. This application provides the ability to create template based websites with customized content and look & feel on the fly. Each website is accessed by a unique URL.

Project Portal

The project portal suite allows teams in geographically diverse locations to communicate and interact via a common portal. The portal provides communication tools such as document management systems (where users can upload and share documents), bulletin boards, discussion forums and project management tools (e.g. time tracking, scheduling, resource management). These tools may be deployed independently of each other. Additional components of this system include:

• Work Order System. This tool provides a web based project and development management system that tracks work orders. The system allows the creation of work orders, either as components of a project, or as a series of activities in the development effort.
• Trouble Ticket System. This application allows users to enter trouble tickets and bug reports. The system can be used either in the Q/A stage for test reporting and tracking or for reporting bugs for applications that have been deployed.
• Time Tracking System. This tool allows time tracking functions and can be interfaced to various accounting packages. The time tracking tool is a part of both the work order system and the trouble ticket system but can be deployed independently as well.
• Discussion Portlet. The discussion portlet is a highly specialized bulleting board system where users can share documents of various types and cross-reference work done on various projects. This is a valuable tool for managing on/offsite team collaboration.

Productivity Tools

These include tools that are aimed at enhancing productivity by managing processes and allowing remote access to the functions.

• Document Manager. The document manager implements a simple check out/in mechanism for document management and sharing. The application comes with a complete administrative interface that allows user management.
• Meeting Minute Manager. This tool is used to record and publish meeting minutes. Interfaces for notes on Palm Pilot and WinCE based tools are provided.
• Task Manager. The task manager can work in tandem with the Meeting Minute Manager to manage tasks. Functions include reminder notices for tasks and automatic updates of project schedule database as information is entered.
